About Me
Hi, I'm Luke from Project Maintenance based in Cannington, Bridgwater. I got into the building trade in 2005 and spent 10 years doing property maintenance for my dad's business, Bateman & Palmer, where I got to work alongside many different trades. That is why I can put my hand on many different jobs that normally would be done by separate trades.
In 2015 I joined Herbie's plumbing company and in 2016 I decided to explore my skill set and go self-employed. I spent Just under 4 years traveling all over the UK undertaking various projects and maintaining existing properties and that's where the inspiration for 'Project Maintence' occurred.
I got to work on some very big jobs and project manage a few for my contractor as my trade knowledge is good all round. To name a few, I transformed the 5-floor communal area in 17 Savill Row, London, which is owned by no other than Paul Smith, completed office refits for a large London company called Workspace & the complete redecoration of the Gloucester Guildhall Cinema which has a truly breathtaking ceiling. And now I have set up my own company, Project Maintenance in Cannington, Bridgwater, where I can bring my skills to your house and save you money by only having my company instead of many different trades.
